Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \- Part of Ukrainian refugee communities
Exclusion
- Younger than 18.
- Not part of the Ukrainian refugee community.
- Formally diagnosed with a mental disorder.
- PTSD
- Currently participating in any ongoing therapeutic intervention or treatment for mental health.
