Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • age 15-17 years,
  • minimum of 3 years of training experience,
  • specialization in anaerobic and aerobic disciplines.

Exclusion

  • presence of acute or chronic inflammation
  • fever, infections, injuries
  • se of any anti-inflammatory drugs.
