Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Elective CABG
- Hemodynamically stable CAD patients
Exclusion
- Re-operation, previous sternotomy (where LIMA is already dissected)
- concomitant valve operation, ventricular aneurysm resection
- other additional major cardiac procedures
- Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
