Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Biopsy-proven adenocarcinoma of the rectum
  • Age over 18 years old
  • Patients underwent non-emergency minimally invasive surgery with a primary anastomosis

Exclusion

  • Incomplete medical records
  • Patients with distant metastasis before surgery
  • Patients with multiple primary colorectal carcinomas
