Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 30 years or older
- have a high blood pressure of 140/90 mmHg or under hypertension medication
- are able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion
- severe illness requiring bed rest, and
- pregnant women, due to their special health needs.
