Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age: any age group.
- Both genders.
- Cases with mandibular molars with chronic apical abscess
Exclusion
- Patients with significant comorbidities like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hepatic or renal disorders.
- Immunocompromised patients.
- Patient with allergy from study medications.
