Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Healthy adult
  • Female-male gender
  • Not exercising regularly for the last 6 months
  • Participated in the study voluntarily
  • Individuals without glasses or contact lenses

Exclusion

  • BMI\>30
  • Individuals with a self-reported history of psychiatric, neurological, cardiovascular or pulmonary disease
  • Individuals with orthopedic pathology
  • Individuals with musculoskeletal dysfunction
