Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Healthy adult
- Female-male gender
- Not exercising regularly for the last 6 months
- Participated in the study voluntarily
- Individuals without glasses or contact lenses
Exclusion
- BMI\>30
- Individuals with a self-reported history of psychiatric, neurological, cardiovascular or pulmonary disease
- Individuals with orthopedic pathology
- Individuals with musculoskeletal dysfunction
