Inclusion
- Physical status according to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA ) I-III
Exclusion
- Previous operation on the same hip
- Hepatic or renal insufficiency
- Patients undergoing general anesthesia
- Allergy or intolerance to one of the study medications
- BMI \>40
- ASA IV
