Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age ≥18
- Seeking treatment at the Tallahassee Orthopedic Center
Exclusion
- Cognitive impairment preventing completion of study procedures.
- Other unstable illness judged by medical staff to interfere with study involvement.
