Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • adults aged 20 and above who are willing to participate in the trial.

Exclusion

  • Under the age of 20
  • History of gastrointestinal surgery
  • History of malignant tumors
  • Those who have used antibiotics, probiotics, or carnitine supplements within the past month will be excluded
  • Liver cirrhosis
  • End-stage kidney disease
