Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- adults aged 20 and above who are willing to participate in the trial.
Exclusion
- Under the age of 20
- History of gastrointestinal surgery
- History of malignant tumors
- Those who have used antibiotics, probiotics, or carnitine supplements within the past month will be excluded
- Liver cirrhosis
- End-stage kidney disease
