Inclusion
- caucasian patients
- patients undergoing laparoscopic major abdominal surgery
Exclusion
- pregnancy,
- organ transplantation,
- palliative care
- metastatic cancer
- head trauma and polytrauma
- coagulopathies
- use of anticoagulants
- neurological disease
- autoimmune disease
- thyroid disease.
