Inclusion
- \- Between 18-70 years old who had scheduled colonoscopy appointments
Exclusion
- Anxiety and panic disorders
- Urgent endoscopic intervention
- Advanced dementia
- Hearing problems
- Anatomical or inflammatory disorders in the external ear canals
