Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Intubated under general anesthesia
- Surgical time ≥30 minutes and ≤ 4 hours
- 18-65 years old
- ASA I-II patients will be included in the study
Exclusion
- Those who are unable to read and understand the consent form and anxiety assessment scale
- Previous vocal cord surgery
- Previous head and neck surgery
- Pregnant women
- Patients using steroids
- Antidepressant drug users and patients diagnosed with psychiatric illness will be excluded from the study.
