Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Critically ill children aged more than 1 month up to 18 years who were admitted in Assuit University Children Hospital.
  • Critically ill and admitted in emergency unit more than 24hrs
  • \-

Exclusion

  • 1- Neonates ( age less than 1months) and adults (more than 18years). 2- Patient with chronic kidney disease on dialysis. 3- Patient with hospital stay duration less 24 hrs. 4- Patient with congenital kidney disease
