Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- reconstructive surgery on the hip joint
- children with cerebral palsy/ spina bifida/organic brain injury
- age 3 - 18 years.
Exclusion
- contraindications to the use of local anesthetics
- contraindications to performing an invasive procedure
- ASA \> 3
