Inclusion
- Age \>,= 18 years
- Patients undergoing elective gynecologic-oncology surgery
Exclusion
- Unable to communicate Thai
- Unable to understand the questionnaire
- Preexisting neuromuscular disease
- Preexisting disease involved wrist that may affect the nerve stimulator examination
