Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria :
- Patients on NACO undergoing surgery for fracture of the upper end of the femur,
- 18 years and over,
- Informed patients who did not object.
- Exclusion Criteria :
- Patients under court protection,
- Patients under guardianship/curators .
