Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 40 years or older
- Postbronchodilator FEV1/FVC \<0.7
- \>10 pack-year smoking history
Exclusion
- COPD exacerbation within 3 months
- Inability to perform handgrip strength test or lung volume measurement
