Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
- Serum Urea > 120
- Serum Potassium > 5.5 or serum CO2 < 15 or need for aggressive dialysis due to toxic ingestion
- need for dialysis
Exclusion Criteria:
- Pediatric
- need for CRRT
