Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age ≥ 18 years old and \< 100 years
- English speaking
- Providing care to an ADRD patient who is age ≥ 65 years old and \< 105 years who is a stage 7a-f on the Functional Assessment Staging Tool (FAST) scale
Exclusion
- Non-English speaking
- \<18 years old or \>100 years old
