Inclusion

  • 18-40 years old
  • BMI 18.5 to 40 kg/m2
  • Habitually active (\>150 minutes per week of moderate-vigorous physical activity)

Exclusion

  • Pregnant or trying to become pregnant
  • Recent use of creatine supplementation
  • Supplemental allergies
