Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients who undergo elective microscopic laser surgery
- ASA status I and II
Exclusion
- Surgery time more than 2 hours
- Patients with difficult intubation
- Patients with chronic lung diseases
- BMI \> 25
