Inclusion
- First-year associate degree health students who voluntarily accepted to participate in the study,
- Who were 18 years of age or older,
- Who were continuing their active education.
Exclusion
- First-year associate degree health students who voluntarily not accepted to participate in the study,
- Who were under 18 years of age,
- Who were not continuing their active education.
