Inclusion
- Individuals (n = 2000) born in Denmark in 2006 or 2007
- Are 18 years old and alive at the time of the clinical examination
Exclusion
- Pregnancy or lactation
- No DBS samples available
- Lack of consent to use DBS samples or national health registries
- Emigration or disappearance
