Inclusion

  • Students of public sector university of Pakistan.
  • Students aged 21-30.
  • Students accessed with decreased psychological well-being.

Exclusion

  • Students of private universities in Pakistan
  • Students with any physical disability.
  • Students having a prior history of psychiatric illness.
