Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Anterior knee pain.
- Age between 15 to 30.
- Pain between 3 to 10 on NPRS.
Exclusion
- patellar fracture.
- Intra-articular pathology( ligamental and meniscal injury of the knee).
- Knee surgery
- Fracture of hip, knee, shin bone and foot
- Vestibular and visual disorders
