Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Both male \& female
- Age 50 or older.
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.9kg/m2 and 29.9 kg/m2.
- Diagnosed with Grade II knee OA
- Have knee pain \> 4 on NPRS
- Ability to engage in moderate physical activity.
Exclusion
- Severe comorbidities limiting physical activity.
- History of Hip and Knee arthroplasty.
- Cognitive impairments affecting comprehension
