Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosed CTS, stage I/II (EMG-confirmed).
- Age 30-60 years.
- Both genders.
- Dominant hand (unilateral/bilateral).
- English literate.
Exclusion
- Polyneuropathy.
- Adaptive equipment use.
- Shoulder pathologies.
- Other neurological/musculoskeletal conditions.
- Recent carpal tunnel release (\<1 year).
