Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Diagnosed CTS, stage I/II (EMG-confirmed).
  • Age 30-60 years.
  • Both genders.
  • Dominant hand (unilateral/bilateral).
  • English literate.

Exclusion

  • Polyneuropathy.
  • Adaptive equipment use.
  • Shoulder pathologies.
  • Other neurological/musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Recent carpal tunnel release (\<1 year).
