Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Critically ill-patients, and intraoperative patients who aged above 18 years.

Exclusion

  • Patients with haematological diseases e.g. sickle cell anaemia
  • burn patients with risk of carbon monoxide poisoning
  • ARDS
  • pulmonary oedema
  • samples that were clotted
