Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Critically ill-patients, and intraoperative patients who aged above 18 years.
Exclusion
- Patients with haematological diseases e.g. sickle cell anaemia
- burn patients with risk of carbon monoxide poisoning
- ARDS
- pulmonary oedema
- samples that were clotted
