Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients with atrophic post acne scars without any previous treatment trials.
- adequate blood picture, no anemia, no bleeding or platelet disorders.
Exclusion
- pregnant and lactating females.
- elderly.
- patients with bleeding tendencies.
