Inclusion

  • above 18 years old with
  • perianal abscesses for the first time.

Exclusion

  • sepsis,
  • Previous pelvic radiation
  • Pregnancy or lactation
  • Immunosuppressive state
  • Malignancy
  • Refusal to participate will be excluded from this study
