Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- residing in Chiayi County who are 65 years of age or older
- capable of self-care, conscious
- able to communicate in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
Exclusion
- non-residents of Chiayi County
- unable to take care of themselves or are unconscious
- demented or mentally challenged and are unable to cooperate
