Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Nurses working within the area of onkology or hematology in a danish hosptial or primary sector
- nurses having daily contact with patients with a cancer diagnosis
Exclusion
- nurses not having daily contact with patients
- nurses not working within hematology or oncology
