Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Performing total knee joint arthroplasty due to stage 4 gonarthrosis
- Agree to participate in the study
- Having signed the informed consent form
Exclusion
- The following were excluded from the study: refusal to participate
- Underwent revision TKA,
- Allergy to any of the painkillers used,
- Contraindication to regional or spinal anesthesia,
- Use of narcotic painkillers prior to surgery,
- Sensory or motor neuropathy,
- Cirrhosis of the liver,
- Chronic renal failure
