Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Performing total knee joint arthroplasty due to stage 4 gonarthrosis
  • Agree to participate in the study
  • Having signed the informed consent form

Exclusion

  • The following were excluded from the study: refusal to participate
  • Underwent revision TKA,
  • Allergy to any of the painkillers used,
  • Contraindication to regional or spinal anesthesia,
  • Use of narcotic painkillers prior to surgery,
  • Sensory or motor neuropathy,
  • Cirrhosis of the liver,
  • Chronic renal failure
