Inclusion
- Indication for full colonoscopy.
Exclusion
- Known inflammatory bowel disease
- Active colitis
- coagulopathy
- familial polyposis syndrome
- poor general health, defined as an American Society of Anesthesiologists class \>3
- emergency colonoscopy
