Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All obstetric patients American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) II-III
- First time undergo elective caesarean section
- Under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion
- Less than 18 years old
- ASA IV
- known antenatal diagnosis of morbid foetal conditions
- history of psychiatry illness
