Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Degenerative spondylolisthesis.
- Degenerative unilateral disc herniations.
- Recurrent disc herniation.
Exclusion
- Spondylolisthesis Grade III or IV.
- Degenerative scoliosis .
- Traumatic fracture spine.
- Infections.
- Neoplasms.
- Debilitated patients .
- Coagulation dysfunction.
- Severe osteoporosis.
