Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • both genders
  • Age :between 18-65 years
  • cryptoglandular anal fistula
  • need intervention

Exclusion

  • \- Patients with associated anorectal pathology (anal fissure, hemorrhoids, rectal prolapse, neoplasm, solitary rectal ulcer, inflammatory bowel diseases.)
