Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- both genders
- Age :between 18-65 years
- cryptoglandular anal fistula
- need intervention
Exclusion
- \- Patients with associated anorectal pathology (anal fissure, hemorrhoids, rectal prolapse, neoplasm, solitary rectal ulcer, inflammatory bowel diseases.)
