Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age: ≥18 years old
  • Sex: Male
  • Football players competed in an official competition, organized by the Portuguese Football - Federation (FPF) or regional football associations

Exclusion

  • Players who take sleep medication
  • Injured players
  • Players with clinical sleep problems
