Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Inclusion criteria
- Age ≥ 65
- Diagnosis of solid organ cancer
- Plan for curative-intent chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy
- Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) score ≥ 4,
- Exclusion criteria: Evaluation by Geriatric or Palliative Medicine in the previous 6 months.
