Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Young healthy adults
Exclusion
- Breakfast skipper
- Smoker (including e-cigarettes) / cannabis consumer
- Be underweight, overweight or obese
- Have chronic diseases, including diabetes
- Taking certain medication
- Have lactose intolerance, food allergies or gastrointestinal disorders (e.g., irritable bowel syndrome, or others).
