Inclusion
- participants with complex perianal fistula
- provided written informed consent
Exclusion
- participants with any inflammatory bowel diseases
- pregnant or lactating participants
- participants with contraindications for surgery
- participants with hepatitis
- participants with uncontrolled diabetes
- participants with alcohol or substance abuse
