Inclusion
- Male or female adults \>= 18 years of age
- Cancer patient undergoing active treatment or a cancer survivor
- Self-identify as Indigenous American
Exclusion
- Unable to provide informed consent
- Individuals who are under 18 years of age
- Prisoners
