Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Sedentary lifestyle.
- Nonsmokers, nonusers of medications/vitamins.
- No any cardiopulmonary/hematological risks.
Exclusion
- Have regular exercise habits (i.e., exercise frequency once per week, duration \>20 min).
- Have retabolic or musculoskeletal disease.
