Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with hip fractures.
- Patients age \>60 years old.
- ASA ≤ 3.
Exclusion
- Patients on anticoagulant medication.
- Planned for general anaesthesia .
- Patients had atrial fibrillation.
