Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Body mass index 23-29.9 kg/m 2 (Overweight-Type I Obese)
  • Able to do exercise (PAR-Q)

Exclusion

  • History of chronic diseases and medication use
  • Considerable mental or physical disability, neurological or musculoskeletal problems
  • Severe personality disorders or drug addiction.
  • Pregnant females
