Inclusion
- newly diagnosed patients with axial spondyloarthritis
- treatment-naive
- 18 years of age or older
- Swedish-speaking
- Able to give informed consent
Exclusion
- DMARD treatment,
- ongoing infection
- ongoing malignancy
