Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 1\) Any neonate presented with Un explained
  • Un controlled Convulsion
  • Hypotonia
  • Persistent neonatal Jaundice
  • Persistent Metabolic acidosis
  • Abnormal Urine Odour 2) Any Infant and Children Present With High Ammonia Level

Exclusion

  • Patient with (secondary) Non Metabolic Cause of Hyper ammonia
