Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Malignant pleural effusion
  • Life expectancy >30 days
  • WHO PS 1-2 (3 if due to dyspnoea)

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Previous failed pleurodesis (on affected side)
  • Known non-expansile lung
