Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
- Malignant pleural effusion
- Life expectancy >30 days
- WHO PS 1-2 (3 if due to dyspnoea)
Exclusion Criteria:
- Previous failed pleurodesis (on affected side)
- Known non-expansile lung
